Unfortunately we cannot help you.

The competency of the ECC-Net is residence based. As ECC France we can only intervene for consumers residing in France and having a question on their rights as consumers within the EU, Iceland, Norway or the UK or a cross-border complaint against a trader based in these countries.  The aim of ECC-Net is to co-operate efficiently and promptly. Therefore please contact the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence. The colleagues will advise you.

ECC France, as member of the ECC-Net, is specialised in cross-border consumption and can advise you on your rights in the EU, Iceland, Norway or the UK. If you are residing in France and having a question on your rights as a consumer in France, please contact a French consumer organisation.
