Do you live in Finland?
The competency of the ECC-Net is residence based. As ECC Finland we can only intervene for consumers residing in Finland and having a question on their rights as consumers within the EU, Iceland, Norway or the UK or a cross-border complaint against a trader based in these countries. The aim of the ECC-Net is to co-operate efficiently and promptly. Therefore please contact the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence. Our colleagues will advise you.
Do you have a complaint against a trader based in another EU Member state, Iceland, Norway or the UK? 
If you are a Finnish resident and you have a question or a complaint concerning a Finnish trader, please contact the Consumer Advisory Services. Does your complaint concern a purchase from a country outside of the EU, such as China or the United States? Read about safe payments and chargeback.
Are you submitting a complaint on behalf or another person?
If you are submitting a complaint on behalf of another person, please have proof of power of attorney ready. You can use our template.
Did you purchase the product or service as a consumer, for purposes which are outside of your trade, business, craft or profession?

Did you already submit your complaint to the trader in writing, via e-mail or letter? 
Always make your complaint known to the trader in writing, in order to give them a chance to offer a solution. If possible, send the complaint via email and save the copy. You can use our complaint templates. No solution could be found? Then we will gladly help you further.
